Because we think of every party as a great opportunity to bring people together and celebrate the beautiful moments in yours lives, every event is at least a two nights affair. Fridays are usually for civil ceremonies and a fun dinner followed by a bon fire. Saturdays are reserved for chill and mingling after which we get ready for the religious ceremony and the more elegant party in The Barn. Sundays bring in the fun after party stories at brunch, a perfect way to end a beautiful event where you had your closest friends and family by your side.
The cost of a Barn wedding is made out of the rent, the number of festive menus you order (a minimum of 60) and the drinks menu of your choosing. The final cost will be calculated depending on the final number of nights spent at the chalet, the number of guests and the other meals that you will be having on the property (lunch, dinner before the festive night, and Sunday brunch). We will bring in the tables, the table covers, chairs, tableware, food, drinks and waiters.
You can choose a complete service of wedding planning and décor or you can come in with any other suppliers of your liking.

There’s several lodging options in the area. The closest inn has 20 rooms and the closest big town is Brasov, an hour away.
We can have the civil ceremony on the property at Hadar Chalet. All you need to do is file the necessary documents at the City Hall in Siriu 10 days in advance.
For the religious ceremony we recommend a beautiful and secluded monastery (35mins away) or one of the beautiful churches in the area. The ceremony can also happen at the Chalet with all “church permissions” granted and with the priest that you choose.
The event hall has beautiful chandeliers, 2 working wood fire places and a open space that can be set to your liking, with long or round tables
The support beams can be wonderfully used as support for your decorations.
The Barn has also a professional kitchen made for events, nice toilets and a lounge area with elegant armchairs and couches.
Depending on the number of guests that you have we can organize one of the meals outside during the day (lunch or brunch). Because of the altitude we are at we do not recommend holding any party exclusively outside.
To confirm your date there will be an advance payment of 50% of the Barn rent and the signing of a contract.
The Barn and the Hadar Chalet domain are like a separate universe where every celebration is truly special. We have organized countless anniversaries, birthdays and corporate parties. If you wish for a custom offer or you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
If your event is smaller than 60 people but you wish for it to happen in the Barn there will be a minimum of 60 menus that have to be paid for. If the event is smaller than that we can also host it in our restaurant at the Chalet (up to 55 people), but these reservations are based on availability of the chalet restaurant.
The restaurant at Hadar Chalet is a beautifully decorated and elegant place where you can host up to 55 people so that there’s dancing room as well. The menus in the restaurant are cooked by our in-house staff.
The Barn is great for events that host between 50 to 130 people with enough room for dancing as well. Here parties are truly magical and the menus are freshly cooked by the Flavours Food Design Team in the barn’s events kitchen.
